The app

Vanvoice is a local-first invoicing and quoting app. It contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK and does not require an account operated by Peiser Apcar LTD.

Business records

Your business profile, customer details, documents, payment records and job photos are stored in the app’s database on your device. On a signed release with iCloud enabled, Apple synchronizes records using your private CloudKit database. Peiser Apcar LTD does not receive a copy of that database. Apple’s services are governed by Apple’s privacy terms.

Subscriptions and settings

Apple handles subscriptions and payment details. The app checks verified StoreKit transaction records to determine access. Apple may provide Peiser Apcar LTD with sales and financial reports under Apple’s terms. Trial dates are stored in your device Keychain; a device-lock preference is stored in the app’s local settings.

Sharing and permissions

You decide when to share a PDF or export your records. Files sent to another app or recipient are handled by that recipient. Exports can contain customer names, addresses and photos; choose a private destination.

Photo access occurs when you select photos. Optional local notifications remind you to follow up; the app never sends reminders directly to your customers. Optional Face ID, Touch ID or passcode authentication is performed by Apple. The app does not receive biometric templates or your passcode.

Control and deletion

You can export every record at any time, including after your subscription ends. Removing the app deletes its local database. Synced iCloud records and Keychain items may persist separately; manage your iCloud data through Apple’s account and storage settings. A new device or reset may behave differently from ordinary reinstallation.

This website

This website does not use advertising analytics, contact forms or newsletter tracking. Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the pages and protect their services. The website does not connect to your Vanvoice database.
