Rolling Ninety privacy policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Rolling Ninety is an iPhone app that works out the Schengen 90/180-day rule from the trip dates you enter. It is published by Peiser Apcar LTD (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the UK. Rolling Ninety isn’t connected to the European Union or any government.

In short

We collect nothing

Rolling Ninety has no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. It contains no third-party code and has no server. The app itself never sends anything over the internet, so we never see your trips, your travellers, your settings or anything else you put into it. The App Store lists it as “Data Not Collected”.

The only times anything leaves the app are run by Apple or chosen by you: a tip is handled by the App Store, an export goes wherever you send it, and a link you tap opens in Safari.

What the app keeps, and where

Your trips, travellers and settings are stored on your iPhone, in the app’s own storage:

They are included in your iPhone’s backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup, if you use them).

Exports

When you export your trips, Rolling Ninety writes the file on your iPhone and hands it to the share sheet. Where it goes next is your choice.

Tips

Tips are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name or your payment details; Apple’s sales reports to us don’t identify you. A tip doesn’t unlock anything. It only sets the “Supporter” mark in the app, which is stored on your iPhone.

Support emails

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. The email the app starts for you contains only the app version and the iOS version. We use your email only to answer you, which is our legitimate interest in helping you. We never share or sell it, and we delete support emails 12 months after the conversation ends. Our email provider stores these emails for us.

Crash reports

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings (Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements), Apple may pass us anonymous crash reports. They contain no trips and nothing that identifies you.

How to delete your data

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you (in practice, only support emails), and ask us to correct or delete it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Rolling Ninety is suitable for everyone and collects nothing from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page with a new date. We will never start collecting your trips without asking you first.
