Rolling Ninety
Rolling Ninety is an iPhone app that works out the Schengen 90/180-day rule from your trip dates. It shows how long you can stay, the date to leave by, and whether the trips you’ve planned fit.
It is free, with no ads, no account and no tracking. Your trips stay on your iPhone.
Support
Email rollingninety@peiserapcar.com. We read every email.
In the app, Travellers and settings › Email support starts an email with the app and iOS versions filled in, which helps us answer. Please don’t send your passport details; a description of your trips is enough.
Common questions
Does Rolling Ninety replace the EU’s record?
No. It is an independent planning tool that works out the 90/180-day rule from the dates you enter. Your official record is the EU’s Entry/Exit System (EES), and border officers make the final decision. Check with the EU’s own stay check before you travel.
Why is my number lower than the EU’s tool?
Rolling Ninety also protects trips you’ve planned. If a planned trip would go over the limit, it shows the lower number in amber, names the trip and shows the number without planned trips beside it. The EU’s tool looks only at past stays.
I’m still travelling and haven’t left yet. What do the numbers mean?
Mark the trip “Still there”. Today’s number and your leave-by date count today as a day of your stay. Numbers for later days assume you leave today, and the app says so beside them.
How do I move my trips to a new iPhone?
Your trips are included in your iPhone’s backups, so restoring a backup brings them back. You can also export a JSON file (Travellers and settings › Export as JSON) and import it on the new iPhone.
How do I delete my data?
Travellers and settings › Erase all data deletes everything the app stored. Deleting the app does too. See the privacy policy.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no ads and no subscription. A tip jar in the app lets you support it if you’d like to. A tip doesn’t unlock anything; you already have everything.
How do I get a refund for a tip?
Apple handles purchases, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Who makes Rolling Ninety?
