Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, Vanvoice version and what you were trying to do. Please leave out customer records, payment details and private documents unless they are needed to explain the issue.
Getting started
Add your business name, contact details, currency and payment instructions in Settings. Choose a PDF style, then create a quote or start your invoicing trial.
Saved customers and items help with repeat jobs. Review the recipient, amounts, tax and payment instructions before sharing a document.
Quotes, trials and subscriptions
Quotes, customer details and business settings remain free. A 14-day trial unlocks invoicing without payment details or automatic billing. Continued invoice creation and editing require a subscription after the trial.
The purchase screen shows Apple’s current local price and billing period. Starting a paid subscription during the local trial begins billing immediately. Apple handles purchases and subscription payments.
If you already have a subscription, open your Vanvoice plan and choose Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device’s Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple’s billing terms.
Your existing records
You can open, share and export saved records after your trial or subscription ends. Invoice editing is paused, but quotes and customer details remain available.
Use Export in Settings to save an archive of your records. Keep a copy somewhere private, especially before changing devices. An archive can include customer names, addresses and job photos.
Payments and balances
Vanvoice records payments you enter; it does not process your customers’ payments. Record deposits or part payments against an invoice to keep its remaining balance accurate. Your payment instructions appear on the PDF.
Balances in different currencies are shown separately. The app does not convert them into a single amount.
Privacy and iCloud
Vanvoice stores business records on your device. When iCloud is enabled in the released app, Apple can synchronize them through your private iCloud database. Keep both devices signed into the same Apple Account and allow time for changes to arrive.
Optional device authentication protects access to the app. Local reminders go to you, never directly to your customers.
